We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these rules without refund.

2. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be interrupted for maintenance or due to third-party outages (e.g., WhatsApp outages, internet connectivity issues).

3. Messaging & Liability

You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through your account. Pewang Gateway acts only as a conduit and assumes no liability for message content or delivery failures caused by third parties.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.

5. Refunds & Credits

Credits purchased are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Free trial credits have no cash value.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
